A leading Australian owner and operator of strategically important infrastructure assets is looking to appoint an experienced Property Manager to join its Sydney-based property team.
n
This is an opportunity to work across a highly diverse and strategically important portfolio, supporting the effective management of major industrial, logistics and infrastructure assets.

The Prospect
n
Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, you will play a key role in delivering the property management strategy across the portfolio, with responsibility for maximising asset utilisation, optimising rental income and ensuring strong tenant and lease outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing a diverse portfolio of industrial, logistics and infrastructure assets.
n
Leading rent reviews, lease negotiations, renewals and associated documentation.
n
Reviewing leasing proposals, tenant requests and lease terms, providing commercial recommendations to the wider business.
n
Managing tenant relationships and ensuring compliance with lease and licence obligations.
n
Conducting regular site inspections and identifying opportunities to improve asset utilisation and performance.
n




Managing external stakeholders including legal advisers, valuers, agents, consultants and government authorities.
n
Maintaining accurate property management systems and overseeing key lease compliance requirements.
n
Contributing to broader property strategy, planning and portfolio initiatives.
n
Identifying and implementing process improvements across property and lease management.
n

About You
n
You will be an experienced property professional with:
n
n
5+ years' experience across commercial and/or industrial property
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications
n
Strong financial and commercial acumen
n
Solid experience across lease administration, rent reviews and tenant management
n
Strong understanding of NSW property and leasing legislation and regulatory requirements
n
Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Experience with property management systems; Yardi experience would be advantageous
n
A proactive and commercially minded approach, with the ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day property matters
n
Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
