Clinical Team Leader – NDIS Disability Services
About the Role
We are partnering with a respected NDIS disability services provider in Perth to recruit an experienced Clinical Team Leader in the Peel and Southwest region.
The Clinical Team Leader is responsible for both clinical leadership and operational leadership within an NDIS residential Supported Independent Living (SIL) house(s) and related community support.
This hybrid role provides day-to-day management of the house(s), leadership and supervision of Support Workers, and ensures safe, clinically competent, person-centred care aligned with participant goals, clinical requirements, and the organisations policies in the Peel and Southwest region.

About You
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent recognised nursing qualification.
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Minimum of five years' post-registration nursing experience, including at least two years in a leadership, team leader or clinical coordination role.
Demonstrated experience supervising and supporting nurses and disability support workers.
Experience supporting participants with complex clinical needs, including medication management and high intensity support.
Demonstrated knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, clinical risk, safeguarding, behaviour support and restrictive practice requirements.
Experience in SIL,



disability, community nursing, aged care or a similar healthcare environment.
Highly Regarded
Postgraduate qualification in clinical nursing, leadership, management or a related field.
Previous experience managing Supported Independent Living (SIL) houses or disability accommodation services.
Experience with PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, bowel care, epilepsy, diabetes and catheter care.
Experience in clinical audits, incident investigations, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Experience using systems such as ShiftCare, QUASR, SharePoint or similar participant and incident management systems.

Special Conditions
Occasional travel to the head office and other site locations is an inherent requirement of the position.
Some after-hours work may be required due to the nature of the role.
