We're looking for an experienced and people-focused Store Manager to join our Midland Gate team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

What you will do
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
Create an engaging and welcoming in-store experience for every customer
Drive sales performance and deliver key business outcomes
Build team capability through ongoing coaching and development
Foster a positive, inclusive and customer-focused culture
Manage store operations, workforce planning and stock processes
Use business insights and KPIs to identify opportunities and continuously improve performance
Ensure visual merchandising and presentation standards are executed to a high standard
About You
Proven experience leading and developing teams in a retail environment
A strong track record of achieving sales and performance targets
Excellent coaching and people leadership skills




Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving capability
The ability to create an engaged, high-performing team culture
A customer-first mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service
