Job Description
Americold is seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee daily engagement with QSR clients, ensure efficient operations, and resolve issues across the business. You will coordinate with operations and rebuying teams and frequently travel to meet client needs.

The role requires at least 3 years in customer service management, proficiency with MS Office, WMS, RF, and TMS, and a track record in fast-paced environments. Robust stakeholder relationships and leadership are essential.
