We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused
HR Coordinator
to join us on a
12-month contract
.
This role supports key people processes at the beginning of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment administration, contracts, onboarding, employee records and HR support.
What you'll do
Prepare employment contracts and employee documentation
Support onboarding and employee lifecycle activities
Manage HR enquiries, employment verifications and people records
Assist with recruitment administration and background checks
Coordinate employee referral programs and vendor invoicing
Support HR, Talent Acquisition and payroll-related administration
What you'll bring
Experience in HR, recruitment, payroll or administration
Experience in employment contract generation
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience working in a faced paced team workplace




Ability to manage competing priorities and work accurately
Intermediate proficiency in using Microsoft Office and business systems
