Meat Process Workers / Food Production Staff - Immediate Start

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Meat Process Workers / Food Production Staff to join a growing team within a well-established specialty smallgoods manufacturer.
n
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for hands-on work in a fast-paced food production environment with immediate starts available.

Available Shifts
n
We are currently offering:
n
n
Full-Time: Monday to Friday | 6:00am - 3:00pm
n
Part-Time (Morning Shift): Monday to Friday | 6:00am - 12:00pm
n
Part time (Standard Shift): Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 3:00pm
n
n
Applicants must be reliable and available to consistently commit to their chosen shift pattern.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Meat processing and food production duties
n
Knife work, cutting, deboning, slicing, and hand processing
n
Mincing, mixing, weighing, machine and oven operation
n
Packing, sealing, labelling, and dispatch duties
n
Stock rotation, stock receipt, and order fulfilment
n
Safely lifting and carrying products and boxes up to *****kg
n
Cleaning equipment and work areas using food-safe chemicals
n
Maintaining HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards
n




Working efficiently within a team to meet production targets
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
We are looking for candidates with:
n
n
Experience in meat processing, butchery, or food manufacturing preferred
n
Kitchen hand or food preparation experience also considered
n
Strong knife handling skills essential
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
n
Confidence operating food processing equipment advantageous
n
n

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
n
Comfortable working in cold production environments
n
Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling
n
Strong attention to detail and food safety standards
n
Team player with a positive attitude
n
Able to stand for extended periods during shifts
n
