About The Role
n
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to join a client project on a contract basis. This engagement will see you working closely with business stakeholders and project teams to support a Business Central transformation initiative. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with stakeholders, understanding business processes, translating requirements into solutions, and helping drive successful project outcomes.

Contract engagement: Approx 6 months
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
n
Gather, document and analyse business, functional and non-functional requirements.
n
Map current and future state business processes.
n
Develop user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
n
Collaborate with technical teams to support solution design and delivery.
n
Maintain project documentation, action registers, risks and decision logs.
n
Support system, integration and user acceptance testing activities.
n
Create test scripts,



assist with defect management and quality assurance.
n
Support user adoption, training and knowledge transfer initiatives.
n
Provide functional guidance and best practice recommendations for Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Skills & Experience
n
n
Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects.
n
Strong Business Analyst and/or Functional Consultant experience.
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
n
Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering and documentation.
n
Understanding of ERP business processes across finance, operations and supply chain.
n
Experience supporting testing and quality assurance activities.
n
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
n
Ability to work independently within a consulting and project delivery environment.
n

Desirable
n
n
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
n
Experience within consulting or professional services environments.
n
Exposure to data migration, integrations or solution optimisation projects.
n
Experience working across multiple business functions and stakeholders.
n

Contract Details
n
n
Contract engagement of approximately 6 months.
n
Hybrid working arrangement.
n
Competitive daily rate.
n
Immediate or short-notice availability preferred.

Must be legally allowed to work in Australia for the duration of the contract.
