What does the job look like?
We are seeking an experienced Distribution Centre Manager to lead warehouse and storage operations at our Heathwood site.
This role combines operational leadership, customer engagement and commercial accountability, with additional complexity across inventory management, export packing and import/export documentation requirements.
Key areas: Lead warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient and cost-effective receiving, storage, picking and dispatch activities.
Manage inventory, export packing and associated documentation processes to support customer requirements.
Deliver customer service outcomes and build solid partnerships with key customer stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse processes, procedures and operational performance.
Manage site financial performance, including P with people of diverse genders, ages, religions, abilities, sexual orientations and cultures (including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples) encouraged to apply.
