Your recent role
n
As the IT Project Co-ordinator (Systems), you will support the Head of Systems in the delivery of technology and systems-related projects, ensuring initiatives are executed efficiently and within agreed timeframes. Acting as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders, you will help coordinate project activities, maintain documentation, track milestones, and support project delivery across a range of business improvement initiatives. Exposure to optimisation, integration, and emerging technology projects will provide excellent opportunities for professional growth.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating project activities, timelines, and deliverables
n
Supporting the full project life cycle from planning through to implementation
n
Preparing project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communications
n
Tracking project progress and managing project administration
n
Assisting with systems, process improvement, and optimisation initiatives
n
Collaborating with business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure successful outcomes
n

What you'll need to succeed
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:

4–5+ years of demonstrated experience supporting or coordinating projects within a systems or technology environment
n
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
n
Experience with optimisation or process improvement projects
n
Exposure to acquisitions, integrations, or AI-related initiatives will be highly regarded
n
The ability to work independently while building strong stakeholder relationships
n
