Job Description
The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:

Installation of vinyl flooring and other resilient floor coverings in residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
n
Skilled in measuring floor areas, interpreting plans and specifications, and accurately cutting flooring materials to fit unique room layouts and project requirements.
n
Experienced in preparing surfaces, laying and securing vinyl flooring using adhesives, tapes, trims, and other fixing methods appropriate to the environment and expected traffic conditions.
n
Proficient in fitting edge trims, finishing doorways, and ensuring a high-quality, skilled finish.
n
Capable of moving and protecting furniture during installation,



maintaining clear communication with clients regarding project schedules and progress, and resolving installation issues efficiently.
n
Ensures work areas are thoroughly cleaned upon project completion, including removal of waste materials and returning furniture to its original position.
n
Maintains high standards of workmanship, customer service, workplace health and safety, and attention to detail throughout all flooring installation projects.
