Golding is seeking an experienced Trainer & Assessor - Production to join our South Walker Creek project on a dayshift roster. This role focuses on delivering and coordinating mining production training, onboarding new starters and sustaining a solid culture of safety and competency.
You will monitor training plans, provide coaching and assessments in-field, and support NTI participants while aligning training activities with client requirements and Golding systems.
