Job Description
Westpac Group is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a full time, branch-based role in Seacombe Gardens, SA. You will engage with customers in-person and over the phone to uncover financial needs, using product knowledge to assist them in achieving their goals and referring to specialist banking teams as needed.

You will coach customers on our digital banking offerings and balance sales with delivering exceptional service, with accountability for sales and referral targets.
