Job Description
South East Melbourne Phoenix is seeking a casual Membership Customer Service Assistant to support the Club's member experience at the State Basketball Centre in Melbourne. You will be a friendly, reliable team member dedicated to delivering exceptional service to prospective and current members.

Key duties include data entry into the membership database, monitoring the membership hotline, handling enquiries by phone and email, processing daily sales, and supporting the group ticketing strategy.
