About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Client Services Officer to join a growing boutique financial advice practice.
Working closely with the Principal Adviser, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional client service, coordinating advice implementation, and ensuring clients receive a seamless experience throughout their financial journey.
Execute investment and superannuation trades
Coordinate advice implementation
Manage super rollovers and recontribution strategies
Liaise with clients throughout fund transfer processes
Build strong client relationships through regular contact
Allocate and oversee tasks completed by offshore support staff
Skills & Experience
Experience as a Client Services Officer in financial planning, ideally 3+ years experience
Strong knowledge of superannuation and investment products
Experience with HUB24 or similar platforms




Confident client communication and relationship skills
Highly organised with robust attention to detail
