Arcare Aged Care is seeking an After-Hours Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality, person-centred care for residents.
You will guide care staff and support a positive workplace culture.
The role requires AHPRA registration, a Bachelor of Nursing, and at least two years' experience as a Registered Nurse in aged care, with robust clinical and communication skills.
