About the Role
n
As a Telesales Consultant in our Outbound Sales team, you will focus on generating advertising revenue by selling features and special publications across our masthead portfolio. You will proactively contact new and lapsed businesses, and build relationships to deliver tailored marketing solutions. This role relies on daily phone and email activity to maintain a robust sales pipeline and hit consistent weekly and monthly targets.

This role is preferably based in Newcastle but we welcome all applicants across NSW, VIC or TAS.

What You'll Bring
n
n
Proven telephone sales experience with a demonstrated ability to achieve revenue and activity KPIs.
n
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills with a professional, consultative approach.
n
Excellent negotiation, communication, and solution-based selling capabilities.
n




Intermediate computer literacy across Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Office.
n
Prior experience with CRM tools or advertising booking systems (such as Adpoint) is highly desirable.
