Fixed Plant Machine Operator | Brick Manufacturing Location: Perth, WA Roster: 12-hour rotating day/night shifts | 2 days on → 2 days off → 3 nights on → 2 days off → 2 days on → 3 days off Employment Type: Ongoing Casual | Potential to become permanent Start: ASAP Category 5 Labour Management is seeking reliable Fixed Plant Machine Operators to join a well-established WA manufacturer supplying the building and construction industry.
No previous machine operating experience is required – full training is provided from day one.
We are looking for people with transferable skills, a robust work ethic, good reliability and a genuine willingness to learn.
Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, construction, labouring or other hands-on environments is highly regarded.
Roster This role works a 12-hour rotating roster across both day and night shifts Day Shift: 6:00am – 6:00pm Night Shift: 6:00pm – 6:00am Paid for the full 12-hour shift, including breaks Every second weekend off No FIFO – home after every shift Please note: You must be available to work both day and night shifts as part of the full rotating roster.
What You'll Be Doing Operate and monitor fixed plant and production machinery Learn plant operations and production processes Complete routine plant and equipment checks Monitor product quality and production requirements Assist with safe equipment shutdowns Support basic plant maintenance Complete general cleaning and housekeeping Follow site safety procedures and instructions What We're Looking For?
You don't need previous machine operating experience, but you will need to demonstrate: Transferable skills from previous employment A positive attitude and willingness to learn from day one Reliable work history with positive attendance and punctuality Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes Confidence working in a hands-on,
