We're hiring a Law Graduate or Junior Lawyer to join our growing Adelaide Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety team working with Patrick Walsh.

The Role
n
Due to growth of our Adelaide Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety (WRES) practice, we're now seeking a Law Graduate or Junior Lawyer (0-1 year' PQE). This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside Patrick Walsh and his team on a broad range of employment, industrial relations, discriminations, workplace investigations, work health and safety, workers compensation, and employment litigation matters. You will be exposed to high-quality work for a diverse client base and be supported in developing your technical and commercial skills.

You will assist on a diverse range of matters, including:
n
n
Employment law and industrial relations advice
n
Workers compensation investigations and disputes
n
Workplace investigations and disciplinary processes
n
Discrimination,



bullying and harassment matters
n
Enterprise bargaining and industrial disputes
n
Workplace health and safety advice
n
Employment litigation and dispute resolution
n
Advocacy and preparation for matters before the Fair Work Commission and courts
n
n
Who We Are Looking For
n
We are interested in candidates who:
n
n
Have recently completed, or are close to completing, a Bachelor of Laws and are eligible for admission, or have up to 2 years' post-admission experience
n
Demonstrate strong academic performance
n
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Have strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Are eager to build a career in workplace relations, employment and safety law
n
