Chef, Receptionist, Restaurant Manager, and Housekeeper Margaret River, Full Time, Hospitality Vacancy Listing Dates 1/09/2026 to 29/09/2026 Please Quote Reference Number ***** Skilled Chef, Receptionist, Restaurant Manager, and Housekeeper wanted Remuneration - $60,000 - $85,000 Opportunities with the Grande Escape Resort in Margaret River The Grande Escape Resort in Margaret River have the following vacancies on offer: Chef Receptionist Restaurant Manager Housekeeper We are eagerly seeking an experienced Chef to join our team.
You must have at least 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Maintain HACCP, food safety, cleaning and workplace health safety standards.
Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, quality and food presentation Prepare and cook meals efficiently to a consistently high standard.
Assist with menu planning, recent recipes and promotional events.
Cater for restaurant, bus and function groups.
Monitor food stock, check freshness and place orders as required.
Minimise food waste and help control kitchen operating costs.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and assist other chefs when required.
Support a high level of customer service and help resolve issues professionally.
Hold or obtain the required Food Safety and Food Supervisor certifications.
The successful applicant will receive a remuneration of $74,000 - $85,000.
We are also seeking a Hotel Receptionist to join our team.
We require an individual who is a robust brand ambassador and who presents a positive and warm first impression for our guests and visitors.
In addition to exceptional customer service capabilities, you will possess highly effective administrative skills for groups, functions, data entry and other office functions inclusive of invoicing and managing bookings.
This role requires a candidate who thrives in a high energy and fast-paced environment, who has a professional manner, and takes pride in maintaining an office environment to the highest standard.
The ideal candidate will have : Previous experience with RMS or a similar Property Management System is essential.
Hospitality experience with a strong focus on guest service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with professional phone and email etiquette.
Strong organisational,



multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Confident managing guest enquiries, complaints and check-in/check-out processes.
Ability to lead, train and motivate front reception staff.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Confident using office systems, software and equipment.
Able to work collaboratively with housekeeping, maintenance and security teams.
Experience with office/supply management and sales is advantageous.
To be considered for this role you need : At least 1 years' experience in hotel front receptionist roles including, reservations, group bookings, room allocation, accounts and payment handling.
Availability to work a rotating roster, including shifts on weekends and Public Holidays Experience with RMS or similar hotel system Customer Service Experience Valid working rights in Australia Have Australian National Police Clearance, no more than three months old This is a full time position.
A remuneration package of $60,000 - $85,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
Restaurant Manager We need a hardworking, enthusiastic, and ambitious individual who leads from the front to take charge of our busy and fast-paced restaurant and bar service.
You will oversee restaurant operations, build a customer-focused team, and implement leading customer service standards.

Responsibilities And Duties: Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional service.
Manage restaurant financials, cash handling, stock levels and cost control.
Maintain high food quality, hygiene, HACCP and cleaning standards.
Lead, coach and mentor staff to improve performance and service standards.
Manage bookings, seating capacity and staff rostering.
Build strong relationships with new and regular customers.




Coordinate with reservations, functions and bus tour teams.
Manage customer feedback and maintain a positive reputation.
Monitor staffing levels and coordinate employee schedules.
Attend management meetings and report to the Duty Manager and Manager.
The successful applicant must have more than 3 years' experience in a similar role in a busy environment, and hold a RSA and Approved Manager's Certificate WA.
You'll also have: An Open Drivers Licence Strong food beverage knowledge Previous experience with RMS platform, an advantage to be able to check after hours reservations Strong leadership and people skills An ability to think outside the square Effective time management and organisational skills Excellent communication with a great command of the English language (written and verbal) Knowledge of current liquor legislation Hands on approach with a natural ability to lead a team to be the best they can The successful applicants will receive a remuneration between $71,000 - $85,000.
Housekeeper Job Responsibilities: Clean guest rooms, bathrooms and common areas to a high standard.
Change linen, replenish toiletries and restock cleaning supplies.
Vacuum, mop, empty bins and sanitise high-touch areas.
Complete spot and deep cleaning as required, including carpet cleaning.
Maintain WHS, hygiene and sanitation standards.
Assist with laundry organisation, packing and washing room items.
Clean and maintain BBQ and outdoor areas.
Report maintenance issues promptly.
Respond to guest needs in a friendly and qualified manner.
Job Requirements: At least one year of work experience in this role Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large hospitality/tourism organizations Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products Excellent organizational and team management skills Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends The successful applicants will receive a remuneration between $68,000 - $80,000.
