What you'll be doing As a Project Manager, you will: Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and governance frameworks Monitor project performance, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes Deliver regular status reporting and executive-level updates Facilitate informed decision-making through clear communication and data-driven insights Manage project financials, budget forecasting, and change control processes Drive stakeholder engagement across business, technology, and vendor teams Promote strong governance, compliance,



and risk management practices Support and motivate cross-functional delivery teams, removing obstacles and enabling success Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery methodologies and standards What you'll bring Essential experience Proven track record delivering complex projects from initiation through to implementation Robust project management experience within financial services environments Demonstrated expertise managing project scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and governance Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple locations Strong understanding of Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) practices Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Strong risk management and compliance awareness Hands-on experience with project reporting and governance frameworks Preferred experience Experience within Superannuation, Insurance, Wealth Management, or related financial services sectors PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile certifications, or equivalent qualifications Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Microsoft collaboration tools Understanding of enterprise technology environments and delivery practices
