They manufacture all of their own products in Australia and pride themselves on quality and level of service to their customers.
Job Description Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Process orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer expectations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
Assist in preparing reports and documentation as required.
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and share feedback with the team.
Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant A successful Customer Service Officer should have:



Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce Exposure to Jet reports would be an advantage.
A curious mindset and the ability to work through complex systems.
Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a customer-centric mindset.
What's on Offer Base salary plus superannuation.
Permanent full time position in Epping.
