The Role: Tweed Heads | Casual | Care Service Employee You will be responsible for: Assisting residents with personal care including showering Supporting residents with meals Contributing to care planning with registered staff Documenting care and services provided to residents Engaging residents in meaningful activities #LI-DNI Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support/ 2nd year Nursing students who have completed 1 placement.
Experience in similar role in aged care A genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with elderly people Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a cooperative team Respect for all people, regardless of background, age, gender, religion and ethnicity Able to do night shifts Must have a full working rights
