You will manage a boutique portfolio of approximately 140 properties with the support of a dedicated Leasing Consultant, Assistant Property Manager and Accounts team, allowing you to focus on providing outstanding service to landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of approximately 140 residential properties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Handle lease renewals, rental arrears, breach notices and tenant communication.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs through to completion.
Conduct inspections and attend onsite meetings when required.
Assist with general portfolio administration and account monitoring.




What We're Looking For Current Certificate of Registration (essential).
A Junior Property Manager ready to take the next step, or an Assistant PM eager to manage their own portfolio.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
A motivated individual looking to grow their career within a supportive environment.
What's On Offer Up to $90,000 package depending on experience.
Monday to Friday position – no weekends required.
