Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end retail leasing process across an allocated portfolio Proactively identify prospective retailers and new leasing opportunities Develop and maintain a strong and active leasing pipeline Conduct tenant inspections and present available opportunities Negotiate rentals, incentives, lease terms and Heads of Agreement Progress transactions efficiently from enquiry through to execution Develop strategies to address vacancies and upcoming lease expiries Provide recommendations regarding tenancy mix, rental levels and incentives Monitor market activity, competitor assets and emerging retail trends Build strong relationships with tenants, agents and industry contacts Work collaboratively with asset and property management teams Maintain accurate leasing records,



pipelines and reporting About You Proven experience in retail property leasing Experience managing transactions from initial enquiry through to completion Solid negotiation, communication and influencing skills An established network of retail tenants, agents and industry contacts Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of asset performance A proactive, energetic and results-focused approach The confidence to engage with retailers, agents and senior stakeholders Excellent organisation with the ability to manage multiple transactions High levels of initiative, accountability and attention to detail A relevant property, business or commerce qualification will be highly regarded Why Join?
