experienced team setting Key Responsibilities: Dispensary Services: Accurately review and process medication orders, counsel patients, and support medication safety initiatives.
Ward-Based Clinical Care: Participate in multidisciplinary ward rounds, manage medication histories, monitor therapies, and facilitate safe discharge processes.
Team Collaboration Development: Work closely with colleagues, mentor junior staff and students, and contribute to pharmacy education and quality improvement projects.
