Job Description
The VP (Relationship Manager) is responsible for maintaining relationships with new and existing corporate clients. You will serve as a primary contact for our clients and offering tailored financial solutions, managing their portfolios, and providing excellent customer service.

Your day to day:

Formulate, manage and execute strategic business plans to achieve business performance targets, including loan and deposit growth, revenue generation, current client onboarding, and cross-sell achievements, as set by management.
n
Assess client's financial requirements and manage both internal and external parties to onboard new clients to the Bank
n
Manage clients proactively and build long term relationships
n
Maintain existing portfolio accounts in compliance with regulations and policies
n
Look for new business opportunities and engaging in various networking activities such as business seminars, workshops, and conferences.
n
Identify, assess, and manage credit risks,



ensuring full compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and proactively mitigating potential issues.
n
Coach, guide, and support to Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) to enhance business team's capabilities and overall performance.
n
Undertake ad-hoc assignments and projects as directed by management to support broader branch initiatives and business needs.
n

What we are looking for:

Experience with institutions or large corporate clients within the Banking industry.
n
Ability to translate client's financial needs and provide suitable solution.
n
Understanding of banking products are essential.
n
Able to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
n
Strong mindset and capability to adhere with risk management, internal control, and compliance.
n
Outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
