Job Description
Mercor is seeking a Domain Expert – Pharmacy with deep Lexidrug/Lexicomp workflow expertise to join our clinical team. You will validate interactions, dosing, and contraindications across full patient lists, ensuring guidance aligns with current monographs and alerts.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years hospital pharmacy experience, PharmD and active license, and a proven ability to apply renal/hepatic dose adjustments and multi-language patient education materials when needed.
