About the Role
n
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an Exceeding community in the Heart of Melbourne as an enthusiastic educator in the infant room.
n
As a Diploma Qualified Educator you will support the planning and implementation of interactive, nurturing and child led learning activities that reflect the EYLF & VEYLDF to a group of 20 children and a team of 5.
n
You will be working in collaboration with the qualified and experienced educators in the room to create a safe, respectful and nurturing workplace for the children to thrive and be ready for school in the coming years.

About You
n
You are someone who values team relationships and collaboration.



Someone who believes in advocating for children's voices and has a strong understanding of the EYLF & VEYLDF. As well as how to implement the frameworks into your planning and everyday learning. Ideally you will have at least 1 year of experience working as an educator

Room Leader Requirements
n
n
Diploma in Eearly childhood education and care or ACECQA equivalent
n
Current WWCC (Employee)
n
First Aids, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate
n
Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
n
Full Working rights in Australia
