About the Role:
n
We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant - New Business who can leverage their hands-on industry experience to manage key client relationships, deliver excellent service, and grow accounts. Prior recruitment experience is not required - we have the internal infrastructure to execute the technical part of recruitment end to end.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
Manage and develop relationships with key clients in the blue-collar sector.
n
Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving issues.
n
Identify opportunities for account growth and improvements in staffing solutions.
n
Manage the end to end recruitment process including candidate sourcing, screening,



compliance and deployment.
n
Attend site visits and maintain a strong connection with client operations.
n
What You'll Need:
n
Recruitment experience is a mandatory requirement.
n
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
n
Experience working in the blue-collar industry (e.g. construction, logistics, manufacturing).
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
n
Willingness to learn our service delivery model.
n
A valid driver's license.
n
Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing, medical checks, and a criminal history check.
n
