Northern Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Brookvale Community Health Centre. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating community nursing care in patients' homes or clinics, working with the health care team to achieve optimal outcomes.
The successful candidate will be Division 1 registered, hold a current NSW Driver's Licence and demonstrate robust communication with patients, carers and a broad range of health and non-health
