ANZUK are proud to be supporting a beautiful, family-owned centre on the Lower North Shore. We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic qualified Early Childhood Teacher to lead the Babies Room (0–1 years)

6 weeks annual leave

The Centre
This beautiful, well-respected 60-place family-owned centre on the Lower North Shore is committed to providing exceptional early childhood education. The team places a strong emphasis on listening to children's voices and creating learning environments that reflect their interests and development. You'll be joining a supportive, established team that is passionate about providing the highest quality care and education.
The Opportunity
This is a permanent Babies Room Leader opportunity, leading the
0–1 years
room alongside a dedicated team. You'll have the opportunity to build secure, nurturing relationships with babies and their families while creating a calm, engaging setting that supports each child's individual development.

Who You'll Be
You'll have experience working within early childhood settings and a genuine passion for supporting babies during their earliest stages of development. Whether you're an experienced Babies Room Leader or a Diploma Educator ready to step into leadership, we'd love to hear from you. You'll bring strong communication skills, confidence leading a team and a commitment to providing high-quality education and care.
The ideal educator will hold:
Diploma or Bachelor qualification (or ACECQA assessed equivalent)
Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
Current Working With Children Check
