About the Role
n
We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Coordinator to coordinate commercial furniture projects from order preparation and production through to delivery, installation and completion.
n
This is a hands‐on role for someone organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities while keeping clients informed throughout the project.
n
You will work closely with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, Installation teams and customers to keep projects on track, resolve issues early and ensure commitments are met.
n
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate projects from order through to delivery and completion.
n
Maintain project schedules, milestones, deadlines and follow‐up actions.
n
Coordinate with internal teams, customers, dealers and external providers.
n
Confirm orders are accurate, complete and ready for delivery.
n
Coordinate delivery and installation requirements.
n
Keep clients informed of progress, delivery dates, changes and potential delays.
n
Identify and resolve issues before they impact the customer wherever possible.
n
Manage changes,



variations and outstanding actions.
n
Maintain accurate project documentation and system updates.
n
Support continuous improvement across project delivery processes.
n
n
About You
n
You will be organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of projects through to completion. You will also have:

Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
n
Clear and professional communication skills.
n
The ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities.
n
Strong attention to detail and follow‐through.
n
A practical, solutions‐focused approach to resolving issues.
n
Confidence working with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
n
Experience using Microsoft Office and ERP or project management systems.
n
n
Experience in commercial furniture, manufacturing, logistics, project coordination or a similar environment will be highly regarded.
