Reporting to the Showroom Manager this full-time Warehouse Worker role at INITIAL TILES AUSTRALIA PTY LTD' in Minchinbury, NSW is an exciting opportunity to join a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality tiles. In this hands-on position, you will play a pivotal role in the efficient operation of the company's warehouse and distribution centre. Working hours are Monday- Friday 7.00am - 3.30pm

What you'll be doing
n
Receiving, unloading, and processing incoming shipments of tiles and other materials
n
Accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
n
Maintaining inventory levels and storage systems
n
Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
n
Participating in regular stock-takes and conducting cycle counts
n
Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and adheres to all health and safety protocols
n
Collaborating with the wider team to optimise warehouse operations and workflows
n
What we're looking for
n
Previous experience in a warehouse centre environment, Has to hand load orders of tiles and bathware
n
Minimum of 2+ years warehouse experience is required for this position
n
Forklift licence and experience operating material handling equipment
n
LF forklift licence is required for this position
n
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency
n
Positive communication and teamwork skills




n
Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks Hand loading of Tiles-Tile Materials-Bathware Mist be able to lift *****kgs
n
A proactive and problem-solving mindset
n
Australian work rights are required for this role
