Duties include:
n
n
Work closely with the Dealer Principal to ensure the successful operation of the service department.
n
Manage all day to day operations in a busy workshop.
n




Ensure workshop is operating at optimum capacity and KPI's are achieved.
n
Liaise with the Parts Manager to ensure timelines are met.
n
Provide best possible customer service at all times whilst leading a team of technicians.
n
n
About you:
n
n
Experienced Service Manager or Advisor in automotive or motorcycles.
n
Exceptional customer service and people management skills.
n
Technical knowledge and theability to interpret.
n
Reliable and enthusiastic with a robust work ethic able to motivate and support your team of mechanics.
n
Passionate for motorcycles.
