Brand Manager – Seasonal & Gifting Portfolio
Darrell Lea has been making it better for nearly 100 years, crafting iconic Australian chocolate and liquorice loved by generations. We're looking for a creative, commercially-savvy Brand Manager to manage our Seasonal & Gifting portfolio (Easter, Christmas, Father's Day, gifting and other key moments) as we enter our centenary year and beyond.
Your impact
You'll play a key role in bringing Darrell Lea's seasonal moments to life – managing products and projects from concept to shelf, executing our 100 Years program, and building on the centenary campaign platform across future seasonal campaigns. You'll:
Deliver seasonal campaigns:
develop and execute brand and activation plans across Easter, Christmas, Father's Day gifting and other seasonal windows, leveraging and evolving the 100 Years campaign idea where relevant.
Manage creative development:
brief and guide design agencies, manage artwork approvals, and bring bold ideas to life on pack and in-store.
Drive omni-channel communications:
partner with media and digital agencies to build integrated campaigns across social, in-store, e-commerce and PR.
Deliver results: manage budgets, track performance, and ensure every initiative grows brand love and sales.
Drive NPD development:
identify and develop new product opportunities for the seasonal portfolio, working cross-functionally from concept development and consumer proposition through to packaging, commercialisation and launch.
Own project management:
manage critical paths, timelines, actions and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seasonal campaigns and NPD projects are delivered on time and to brief.
What you bring
Minimum 3 years brand/marketing experience, ideally in FMCG,



confectionery or food & beverage.
Strong creative instincts with experience delivering packaging, NPD and integrated campaigns.
Strong project management skills, with proven ability to manage complex seasonal and NPD timelines, artwork approvals and multiple stakeholders.
Commercial acumen: you balance big ideas with the realities of P&L; and retailer needs.
Collaborative cross-functional approach, with the confidence to work closely with Product, Sales, Category, Operations and external agency partners.
Energy, agility and a collaborative mindset—comfortable working at pace in a small but mighty team.
