As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering our clients to live independently, safely, and comfortably in their own homes while maintaining their dignity and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Provide person-centred care and support tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences.
n
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene.
n
Support meal planning and preparation.
n
Facilitate community participation, including transportation to appointments, shopping, and social activities.
n
Undertake domestic assistance duties such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry, and general household tasks.
n

What You Bring
n
n
Certificate III in Individual Support,



Home and Community Care, Aged Care, Disability Support, or equivalent (minimum requirement).
n
A genuine passion for supporting people and improving their quality of life.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
n
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Vulnerable People Registration (or willingness to obtain).
n
