Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage electrical projects from tender, design coordination and procurement through to completion.
n
Review tender packages, contracts, electrical designs and construction programs.
n
Coordinate builders, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and key stakeholders.
n
Manage project budgets, forecasting, variations, procurement and overall project performance.
n




Provide technical and commercial leadership across commercial and industrial D&C; projects.
n
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
n
Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
n

Skills & Experience
n
n
Proven experience delivering D&C; warehouse, logistics or large commercial projects.
n
NSW Electrical Licence.
n
Strong understanding of electrical design, documentation and D&C; project delivery.
n
Experience managing budgets, forecasting, variations and project profitability.
n
Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
n
Proficient in Bluebeam, Cable Calc Pro and Simpro.
n
Solid commitment to safety and quality.
n

This role will focus on delivering D&C; commercial and industrial projects from tender through to completion, working closely with builders, consultants, clients and internal teams.
