Talent Connect is partnering with a leading multidisciplinary consulting and design firm. With a highly professional and creative environment and approximately 300 people onsite, the organisation is seeking a polished Front of House professional to be the face of the business.
ROLE
This is a standalone Front of House role, reporting to the COO and responsible for creating a welcoming and professional experience for clients, visitors and staff. The successful candidate will take ownership of the front desk and be confident making decisions independently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the reception and Front of House function.
Welcome and assist clients, visitors and staff.
Answer and direct incoming calls.
Manage meeting rooms, visitor access and bookings.




Coordinate mail, couriers and deliveries.
Maintain a polished and skilled reception area.
Liaise with building management and external suppliers.
Proactively identify and resolve Front of House requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous Reception, Front of House or Concierge experience.
Excellent presentation and professional manner.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Confident working independently and taking ownership.
Proactive, mature and solutions-focused.
Professional services or corporate experience highly regarded.
