Platinum Staffing is seeking confident and engaging Brand Ambassadors to join our growing team across Sydney.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, representing leading brands and delivering exceptional customer experiences. We work with some of Australia's biggest brands, agencies and events, offering flexible casual work across a variety of promotional campaigns and activations.

Key Responsibilities
n
As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for representing our clients in a professional and engaging manner. You will interact with the public, promote products and services, assist with campaign objectives and help deliver memorable brand experiences.
n
Duties may include:
n
n
Engaging with customers and event attendees
n
Product sampling and demonstrations
n
Promoting products, services and campaigns
n
Providing product knowledge and answering customer enquiries
n
Assisting with event setup and pack down
n
Maintaining a high standard of presentation throughout each shift
n
n

Requirements & Experience:

Successful applicants will possess:
n

Previous experience in brand ambassador, promotional staff, customer service, retail, events & exhibition and product demonstration roles is highly regarded.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
A confident, friendly and outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills
n
A professional and well-groomed presentation
n
Full Australian working rights.
n
Current RSA (required for some hospitality and VIP lounge events).
n
Additional licences or certifications (such as Working With Children Check or First Aid) may be required for specific events.
