Job Description
Sonder Consultants is seeking a Leveraged Finance Associate for its Sydney office. The role involves advising private equity sponsors, financial institutions and corporate borrowers on acquisition finance, syndicated lending, refinancings and other complex financing transactions.

Candidates will have 3+ PQE and experience in leveraged or acquisition finance, ideally from a leading Australian or international law firm. You will work with one of the strongest finance teams in the market.
