Who will you be working with?
You'll be joining one of Australia's largest and fastest-growing general insurers, recognised for investing heavily in its people, technology and customer experience. What are the benefits?
Total remuneration package up to AUD $140,000 (experience dependent)
Relocation support provided
Up to 10% annual bonus paid twice yearly

What will you be doing?
Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods and costs
Review repair estimates, quotes and supporting documentation
Build strong relationships with repairers and internal stakeholders
Negotiate fair, commercial and timely claim outcomes
Manage a portfolio of motor claims from assessment through to resolution
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the claims proces
What do you need?
MITO Certificate III qualification as a Panel Beater or Automotive Spray Painter
Minimum five years' post-apprenticeship trade experience
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
Confident using computers and learning recent systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
New Zealand citizenship or Australian working rights under the Trans-Tasman agreement
