Job Description
The Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria is seeking a Senior Prison Officer to lead a custodial team at the Metropolitan Remand Centre. You will coach staff, manage day-to-day operations, and oversee offender case management to support rehabilitation.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety and security, coordinating with clinical and reintegration services, and guiding junior officers through training and performance reviews.
