The Role

n
financial performance and reporting
n
budgeting and forecasting for a portfolio of retail assets
n
leasing and income analysis
n
capex and investment analysis
n
stakeholder partnering including asset managers, capital transactions, funds team and senior management in finance
n
systems, data and process improvement
n
manage a small team including Property Accountant and Property Administrators
n
n
The Person
n
n
CA/CPA/CFA qualified or near completion of these qualifications
n
Retail property accounting and analysis experience is essential
n
excellent analytical skills, ability to build intuitive, agile and robust Excel models
n
experience creating, validating, reviewing and analysis of large sets of data
n
