About You
n

Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology
n
Registration with AHPRA, ASORC or ESSA
n
Experience mentoring junior consultants in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting as Area Manager.
n

The role:

Your primary role is to be a mentor, trainer, and "upskiller" - making our teams' professional growth and on-the-job training your passion
n
You excel at delivering constructive criticism & feedback, completing monthly strategic reviews and file audits with each consultant
n
Your clinical and technical knowledge is strong so that we can deliver a high standard of service delivery and execution
n
You can balance clinical and commercial goals well - quality is always our focus, we just need to make sure we are doing the work & reporting to support that quality goal
n
Building and nurturing relationships comes naturally to you - spanning from individual bonds with your team to professional dynamics with our key clients
n
