Job Description
RSL Care RDNS Limited is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to support individual residents at Highwood Court, Burwood. You will work with a Diversional Therapist to implement tailored lifestyle programs that enhance the well-being and independence of residents.

Your role includes evaluating resident needs, collaborating with staff, ensuring compliance with standards, and fostering personal growth. Required qualifications include a diploma in relevant fields and solid communication skills.
