An chance exists within our fast paced Sydney warehouse for a motivated individual to take a charge of their team. To lead by example and not be afraid to get your hands dirty to achieve our clients expectations.

Job Responsibilities:
n
Understand, follow and comply company policies
n
Work on the floor along side your team and lead them in dispatch, picking, receipting and enquiry ensuring company procedures are followed and KPIs are met.
n
Work with your supervisor to recruit new team members for your area
n
Ensuring new team members are inducted and trained with company process
n
Booking transport along side the admin members
n
Have a strong email ability dealing with internal staff and external clients
n
Be able to use Microsoft office at a minimum level
n
Be experienced in high reach forklift operation.
n
A first Aid certificate an advantage but not necessary
