Job Description
National Australia Bank is seeking a Head of Housing Affordability in its Sustainability team to lead enterprise housing affordability initiatives. You will collaborate with customer-facing units, product teams and enabling functions to shape priorities and embed affordability into business strategies.
You will advise executives, coordinate governance through the Housing Affordability Council, and help develop scalable financing solutions across demand- and supply-side levers.
Executive leadership role reporting directly to the General Manager.Member of the Affiliate Leadership Team.Prospect to shape and lead a high-performing access and external engagement function.
