Job Description
Gowrie NSW is seeking an Assistant Centre
Director/Educational
Leader to support the Centre Director in daily operations and lead pedagogy and practice across the centre. You will coach educators, develop teams, ensure compliance and foster partnerships with families and local schools.

The role requires a Degree in Early Childhood Education with NESA accreditation, Educational Leader experience (min 5 years), and current child protection and first aid certificates.
