Job Description
Wellways Australia is seeking a Health Linker to help people access health, community and social supports to improve their wellbeing and recovery. You will work with multidisciplinary teams, GPs and local services to turn connections into meaningful opportunities for participation and belonging.

The role emphasizes person-centred, recovery-oriented practice and requires a tertiary qualification in Social Work or a related field, with right to work in Australia and relevant checks. The Better.
