Caffè Greco is looking for an experienced and passionate Barista / Bartender to join our FOH team.

This is a dual-role position, and the successful applicant must be confident and experienced in both coffee and bar service. We are looking for someone who can seamlessly move between the coffee machine and bar depending on the needs of service.

Barista / Bartender – Caffè Greco

Caffè Greco is looking for an experienced and passionate Barista / Bartender to join our FOH team.
n
This is a dual-role position, and the successful applicant must be confident and experienced in both coffee and bar service. We are looking for someone who can seamlessly move between the coffee machine and bar depending on the needs of service.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality coffee, beverages and cocktails while providing friendly, professional service to our guests.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Preparing high-quality coffee consistently during busy service
n
Operating and maintaining the coffee machine and bar equipment
n
Preparing cocktails, spirits, beers, wines and other beverages
n
Taking beverage orders and providing knowledgeable recommendations
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked coffee and bar area
n




Assisting with opening and closing duties
n
Working closely with the FOH and kitchen teams
n
Providing excellent customer service throughout every service
n
Following venue procedures, responsible service and food safety requirements
n
Remaining productive and composed during busy periods
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Previous barista experience – essential
n
Previous bartending experience – essential
n
Comfortable and willing to work both barista and bartender shifts
n
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso
n
Confident with cocktails and general bar service
n
Excellent customer service and communication skills
n
Reliable, punctual and well-presented
n
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
n
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
n
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
n
Availability across weekends and busy service periods
n
